How do I customize my order?
Easy peasy! On each product page, you’ll see options to upload a photo of your pet, add their name, and select any other special features available for that item. Make sure your photo is clear and well-lit—we want your furry friend looking their fabulous best! Most of our designs look best with a front angle where at least 1/2 of the image is the face of your pet, so keep that in mind when looking for the perfect picture to add to your product. Please keep in mind that it is almost impossible for us to stop an order once it is submitted, so spend as much time as you like getting it exactly the way you want it before adding it to your cart.

What kind of products do you offer?
We offer a whole paw-llection of print-on-demand goodies, including acrylic signs, wall signs, portraits, pillows, blankets, jewelry, phone cases, and more products coming. Everything is designed to celebrate the wonderfully weird, lovable personalities of rescue pets!

What sizes are available?
All products in our catalog show the product dimensions. Some products come in more than one size, so be sure to confirm that you are ordering the size you want before completing checkout

Can I make changes to my order after purchasing?
Your custom item order is sent to the fulfillment company immediately after your order, so we want to make clear that you should spend as much time as you need to get the item design right before adding it to your cart. If you see that you need to make a change right after your order, email us ASAP at admin@rescuepetsshop.com. We’ll do our best to catch it in time, but once it’s in production, we cannot make edits or stop the production process.

How long does shipping take?
Each product is made just for you—so please allow 2–5 business days for production, and then U.S. orders are 3–7 business days more for shipping You’ll get tracking info as soon as your item ships, so you can stalk it like your cat stalks the laser pointer.

Do you offer international shipping?
We currently do not ship outside the U.S., nor can we accept orders from outside the U.S. billing addresses. Sorry.

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with all the juicy details. Didn’t get it? Check your spam folder—or email us and we’ll fetch it for you..

What’s your return policy?
Because each item is made to order just for you (and your adorable pet), we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or mistake on our end. If something’s off, send us a photo and your order number—we’ll make it right faster than a greyhound on a zoomie run.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! We’re so sorry that happened. Email us at admin@rescuepetshop.com with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we’ll get you a replacement or refund right away.

How does my purchase support animal rescues?
Every month, we spotlight a different rescue organization and give them 10% of all sales to that rescue that did not originate from another rescue groups referral link. If you found us through a rescue’s custom link, that rescue gets 10%. Your shopping cart is changing lives!

I work with a rescue—how can we partner with you?
Yay! We’d love to work with you. Rescue organizations can apply for a custom sponsor link that earns 10% of sales, plus helps you give back a 10% discount on the first purchase of new adopters and supporters in your network. Just head to our Partnership Page to get started!

Can I order a product featuring a pet I didn’t adopt?
Of course! Whether it’s your grand-dog, favorite foster fail, or your best friend’s one-eyed cat who thinks he’s a dragon—we welcome all animal lovers here. All pets are masterpieces!

Do you offer gift options?
We do! Most of our items can be sent as gifts. While we don’t offer physical gift wrap yet, we’re happy to include a personalized gift message with your order. Want to give the gift of choice? Grab a digital gift card!

How can I contact you?
You can reach us anytime at admin@rescuepetshop.com. We do our best to reply within 24–48 hours, Monday through Friday (unless we’re busy giving belly rubs to a staff dog).

Where can I share photos of my pet with your products?
Please share them—we live for that! 🐶🐱 Tag us on Instagram [@rescuepetshopcom] or drop your pics into our Facebook group to be featured (and admired by fellow rescue lovers). We might even spotlight your pet in a future design or post! Or send them to us at mypet@rescuepetshop.com and we can add them at the bottom of our homepage!
